HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY CITYPASS ?
By presenting the CityPass at the entrance to the sites mentioned (ticket office or reader) to benefit from free admission (one admission per attraction and per museum during the validity of the pass) or a discount (each offer is valid only once) per person.

The CityPass gives you free access to the following services :

• Unlimited access to public transport (bus, metro, and tramway)
• 1 tour on the Tourist Train • 1 day ticket on the Colorbüs (Hop-on Hop-off sightseeing bus)
• 1 entry to the Mucem (closed on Tuesdays
• 1 entry to the Regards de Provence Museum (closed on Mondays)
• 1 entry to the If Castle (open depending on weather / closed on Mondays in winter)
• 1 4D virtual experience in a Méhari and one tasting of an anise-flavored drink at the Museum of aniseed – Maison Yellow 
• 1 admission to the exhibitions at La Friche Belle de Mai (closed on Mondays & Tuesdays)
• 1 guided tour of the Citadelle (your choice of 3 tours, subject to availability)
• 1 guided tour with the 72h Pass (subject to program and availability, booking required at pick-up and 30% discount for the 24h and 48h CityPasses) see conditions*
• CHOICE of one of the following:

1 round-trip boat ticket to the If island or the Frioul Islands (subject to weather conditions, to be checked on the day of the visit)

OR

1 entry to the Cosquer Méditerranée Cave

*The Guided Tour is in French

> Valid on the €10 tours in the Office's programme and can be used during the validity of the CityPass.
> Valid only for individuals from 1 to 9 people.

THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MY CITYPASS SERVICES

 * Choice of either the Boat OR the Colorbüs (use of one of the services will cancel access to the other in this choice) :
1 return boat ticket (subject to weather conditions)
> for Ile d'If: with ‘Les Compagnies Maritimes’ or ‘Le Bateau Métropole’.
> for the Frioul islands: only with ‘Lebateau Métropole’. OR 1 Colorbüs tour - Hop on Hop off - audioguide on smartphone, please bring earphones or headphones.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The card is valid for 24, 48 or 72 consecutive hours and is activated as soon as it is used for the 1st time.(Example: for a 24h card, if you scan it for the first time at 2pm on Friday, it will be valid until 1.59pm on Saturday)
• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Activities cannot be booked in advance.
• The CityPass is a product reserved for individual customers (max. 9 people). Each person must be in possession of a card and must sign in individually before each activity
• For groups of 10 or more, bookings can be made at citypassmarseille@marseille-tourisme.com
• The CityPass is validated at the ticket office of each service provider (no direct access to the activities).
• Please note that during peak periods and the summer season, you may have to wait several hours before boarding the boats for If or Frioul (only bookable on the day of your crossing).
• Access to the Chateau d'If depends on weather conditions, and may be cancelled (check with the companies).
• Please check availability and opening times of service providers for activities during the winter period.
• In the event of loss, theft, misuse or non-use, the CityPass will not be exchanged or refunded.
• The Marseille Tourist Office cannot be held responsible in the event of malfunctions by our partner service providers (strikes, exceptional closures, breakdowns, etc.).
